Summarizing the results of work on the implementation of individual state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan
Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Muharryam Ibyatov a meeting was held on the implementation by local self-government bodies of the transferred individual state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of the first quarter of 2025 in the field of administrative legislation.
The event was attended by representatives of the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as in the videoconference mode responsible for organizing the activities of administrative commissions of municipal districts and urban districts and officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offences.
Natalia Arzamastseva, Acting Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Implementation of Control in the Sphere of Local Self-Government, reported on the results of the activities of administrative commissions of municipalities and on the participation of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offences.
Albert Ibyatullin, First Deputy Head of the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the enforcement of decisions of administrative commissions.
The Deputy Minister heard representatives of a number of municipalities, including the cities of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny.
In conclusion, the Deputy Minister noted: «No administrative offense should go unpunished. Inevitability is the principle of administrative responsibility, and the implementation of this principle is an essential factor in the effective fight against offenses in general and administrative offenses in particular».
