The Ministry of Justice studied rule-making activity in the Zainsky municipal district
According to the schedule of field events, the Ministry of Justice continues to study the fulfillment of the delegated state powers to collect from settlements the information required to maintain the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Pursuant to the Law of the Republic № 92-LRT dated November 3, 2015, the authorities have been exercised by local self-government bodies of municipal districts of Tatarstan since 2016.
Employees of the Ministry of Justice conducted a field trip to study the above work in Zainsky district.
For 2024 and 4 months of the current year, the Ministry received 1045 normative legal acts of Zainsky district for inclusion in the register, as well as more than 180 additional information to them.
In the course of the event, employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on the issues of bringing municipal acts in compliance with the legislation, sending normative legal acts and additional information to them to the municipal register.
Problematic issues were discussed with the responsible persons of local self-government bodies and recommendations were given to improve the efficiency of work in exercising state powers and carrying out rulemaking activities.
