Justice of the peace: labor reconciles with responsibilities
A resident of the Sabinsky district of the republic, the justice of the peace of the peace of judicial district № 1 appointed compulsory labor for a period of 50 hours for arrears on alimony in the amount of more than 63 thousand rubles. According to the case materials, the 57-year-old man did not pay alimony to his minor child from February to April 2025.
When considering the case, the justice of the peace found out that the defendant knew about the initiated enforcement proceedings, but did not take action to repay the debt. Having admitted his guilt, the man explained that the delay in payments occurred due to the lack of permanent employment. At the moment he is making efforts to find a job and repay the debt.
Taking into account the full confession of guilt, the justice of the peace considered it possible to apply a measure of punishment in the form of compulsory works.
