The Kazan Kremlin launched the final of the contest among young lawyers «Personnel Center»
Today the Kazan Kremlin is hosting the finals of the annual republican contest «Personnel Center», the participants of which are law students of three leading universities of Tatarstan. The event is organized by the Association of Lawyers of Russia in Tatarstan.
The main task of the competition is not only to identify the most talented law students, but also, as the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin noted, «to train highly professional specialists in the field of law». The Minister emphasized that such competitions play a significant role in the development of professional competencies of future specialists.
Sharing his impressions of the recently held XIII St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, Mr. Rustem Ildusovich noted the change of requirements to modern lawyers: «It is obvious that today specialists of a new format are in demand. The legal market expects from professionals not just the possession of theoretical base, but also the ability to think outside the box when solving complex legal issues, to anticipate and minimize the risks of decisions».
Graduate students and master's students of law faculties compete in managerial duels, demonstrating their ability to make quick and logical decisions. While working on legal cases, the contestants will have to show not only knowledge of the theoretical basis, but also the ability to analyze, defend and prove their position on controversial issues. The contest will end with the master class «The Golden Standard of a job seeker».
According to the results of today's competition 10 participants will become the winners, who will be given the opportunity to choose their mentors and the right to participate in the mentoring program.
