Video reception of heads of rural settlements that are part of the Rybno-Slobodsky, Sabinsky and Sarmanovsky municipal districts
Under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, another video reception of heads of rural settlements of municipal entities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. The event was attended by heads of rural settlements that are part of the Rybno-Slobodsky, Sabinsky and Sarmanovsky municipal districts, responsible officials of local government bodies, as well as employees of the Ministry.
During the video reception, the head of the department of legal advisory and methodological support for local government bodies Albert Kamalutdinov gave an overview of the most significant changes in legislation affecting local government, and also answered questions received from the heads of settlements.
Deputy head of the department of regulatory legal work in the field of local government and maintenance of the municipal register Ilsia Khisamova informed the heads about the situation related to sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into line with the legislation, as well as the publication of acts on the official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in Local Self-Government Gulnara Kasymova touched upon the issue of implementing transferred state powers, drawing up protocols on administrative liability and executing court decisions on non-property claims.
At the end of the event, Mukharryam Ibyatov focused on the need for timely updating of municipal regulatory legal acts. According to the Deputy Minister of Justice: «Regulatory legal acts play a key role in forming the legal basis of society. Their accounting, systematization and control over compliance with current legislation are important tools for protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens».
