The building, built in 1974, where justices of the peace and their staff work, was not only updated externally, but also significantly modernized to improve comfort and safety. During the renovation, the roof and landscaping of the territory were improved, security and video surveillance systems were installed, and the furniture and computer equipment were updated.

«Thanks to the support of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, we have an excellent opportunity to improve the material and technical support of justices of the peace, including carrying out repairs», - said the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin, addressing the audience with a welcoming speech. «It is gratifying that the building now fully meets modern requirements for the effective administration of justice and a comfortable stay of citizens in court areas», - he added.

Since the beginning of the work of justices of the peace in the Arsk district in 2000, their workload has increased significantly, in 2024 alone, they reviewed 8 348 cases and materials, which is 22% more than in 2023.

To ensure an efficient workflow, the court areas are equipped with spacious judges' offices, functional courtrooms, archive rooms and a room for employees of the justices of the peace. Particular attention is paid to creating a barrier-free environment for people with limited mobility.

The honorary guests who took part in the visit also included the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Gilmutdinov, the Head of the Judicial Department of the Republic of Tatarstan Zyavdat Salikhov, and the head of the district executive committee Almaz Khisamutdinov.
