The Ministry of Justice studied the rule-making activities and development of municipal service in the Nurlatsky district
The Ministry of Justice staff held an off-site event in the Nurlatsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the event, the implementation of state powers by local government bodies of the district to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan was studied.
According to the Law of the Republic of November 3, 2015 № 92-ZRT, local government bodies of municipal districts of the republic collect information from settlements and send it to the Ministry of Justice necessary for maintaining the municipal register.
For 2024 and 5 months of the current year, the Ministry received 932 regulatory legal acts of the Nurlatsky district for inclusion in the register, as well as 122 additional information to them.
During the event, employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on the implementation of the activities of the State Program «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan», as well as bringing municipal acts into line with the legislation.
Problematic issues were discussed with responsible officials of local government bodies, and recommendations were given to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers and the implementation of regulatory activities.
