The Ministry of Justice discussed changes in legislation affecting the sphere of local self-government
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a video reception with the heads of rural settlements of the Spassky, Tetyushsky and Tukaevsky municipal districts. The event was devoted, among other things, to discussing the most significant changes in legislation affecting the sphere of local self-government.
During the meeting, special attention was paid to the issues of sending regulatory legal acts to the municipal register and ensuring their compliance with current legislation. Thanks to the support of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the «Codex» system was introduced into the monitoring of legislation. With the help of this system, inconsistencies with legislation in municipal legal acts are identified. As of June 1, the republican percentage of eliminating inconsistencies is 93%; since April 1, it has increased by 3%.
Mukharryam Ibyatov, Deputy Minister, drew the attention of the participants of the video reception to the importance of regularly updating municipal regulatory acts, emphasizing that compliance with the law ensures stability and order in the territory of the municipality.
The issue of implementing transferred state powers, drawing up protocols on administrative liability and executing court decisions on non-property claims was also touched upon.
