The Ministry of Justice has studied the rule-making activities in the Bugulminsky District
According to the schedule of on-site events, the Ministry of Justice continues to study the implementation of the transferred state powers to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the Law of the Republic of November 3, 2015 № 92-ZRT, the powers have been exercised by local governments of municipal districts of Tatarstan since 2016.
Employees of the Ministry of Justice conducted a visit to study the specified work in the Bugulma District.
For 2024 and 5 months of the current year, the Ministry received 734 regulatory legal acts of the Bugulminsky District for inclusion in the register, as well as 70 additional information to them.
During the event, employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on issues of bringing municipal acts into compliance with the legislation, sending regulatory legal acts and additional information to them to the municipal register.
Problematic issues were discussed with responsible officials of local government bodies, and recommendations were given to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers and the implementation of regulatory activities.
