The Tatarstan Ministry of Justice talks about young professionals on Youth Day

30% of the employees of the Ministry of Justice are young professionals under 30 years old. «For me, working at the Ministry of Justice is a true service to society, - says Yaroslav Gennadievich Shvets, head of the department for organizing the provision of free legal assistance and planning. - We help people in difficult situations receive qualified legal support, ensuring equality of all before the law». Yaroslav is 24 years old, his career in the Ministry began in the first year of his master's degree, he is proud of his supervisor, whose experience has replaced many textbooks. «I was lucky to work under the guidance of one of the best lawyers in the republic - the head of the department of legal expertise and rule-making. From him I received practical knowledge that you will not find in textbooks». Yaroslav successfully combines responsible work with participation in federal professional events. He recently took 2nd place at the VI Financial and Legal Forum of Moscow State Law University, worthily representing Tatarstan at the federal level.
«For me, service is helping vulnerable categories of citizens, helping my country, the region in improving the quality of life», - says Arina Artemovna Sabirova, 1st category specialist of the organizational work and document flow department. «I am 19 years old and mentoring helps me a lot in my work, I listen to every piece of advice from my colleagues. Thanks to good mentoring, I quickly got into the work», - Arina notes. Her achievements include a first-degree diploma from the inter-university conference «Great lawyers of Russia» dedicated to the 220th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, and a victory in the International scientific conference «Promising research in law, society and management». Arina's active scientific work has been recognized with various certificates and letters of gratitude; she is also the recipient of a transport grant.
Albert Ruslanovich Khabibullin successfully combines work and study at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the age of 23, he works in the department of legal advisory and methodological support for local government bodies, while simultaneously studying for a master's degree in jurisprudence at the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University. «Working at the Ministry and studying for a master's degree complement each other, allowing you to apply theoretical knowledge in practice», - Albert notes. His scientific work has brought him well-deserved recognition - he has repeatedly won prizes at scientific forums and conferences. In 2025, Albert was awarded a letter of gratitude from the Rector of KFU L.R. Safin for high achievements in research activities and personal contribution to the development of student science at the university.
«Since childhood, I have been interested in the field of jurisprudence. I have always wanted to help people and fight for justice», - says Shukurova Zarema Temurovna, an employee of the organizational work and document management department. Her desire for knowledge and professional growth has already borne many preferences, including victories in scientific conferences and prestigious awards. Among them is a diploma for 1st place in the sociological sciences section at the 5th International scientific and practical conference «Scientific forum».
«Working with personnel is working with the future of the Ministry», - says Yushkova Azalia Vasilievna, leading adviser in the Department of Personnel and Civil Service. At 26, Azalia is already a laureate of the presidential award for supporting talented youth and has an impressive list of projects in which she has taken an active part. In 2024, Azalia was included in the personnel reserve of the Rais administration of the Republic of Tatarstan to fill the main group of positions.
