Guardianship, benefits and alimony: Tatarstan residents will be able to receive free legal assistance in «Dobraya Kazan»
On July 8 from 10:00 to 13:00, a large-scale event to provide free legal assistance will be held at the «Dobraya Kazan» Charity Foundation located at 5 Sechenov Street, Kazan. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan is organizing a meeting of citizens with lawyers from relevant departments, federal and supervisory authorities.
Residents of the republic will be able to ask questions on a wide range of topics related to the family and protecting its interests, for example, registration of guardianship, the procedure for receiving state support and benefits, rehabilitation options for children with disabilities, features of calculating fees for housing and communal services, nuances of enforcement proceedings and the procedure for registering alimony.

Particular attention will be paid to consultations on bankruptcy issues, which will be conducted by a specialist from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event is part of the All-Russian week of legal assistance on family interests protection, which is held in all regions of Russia.
