Provision of guidance and advice to local government Ceremsanskogo municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

In order to provide guidance and advice to local government November 18, 2013 year specialists of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan went on a working trip in Cheremshansky municipal district of the Republic.
In the field events, a meeting was held with the Deputy Head of the Ceremsanskogo municipal district of M.T. Batyrsinov, acting head of the Executive Committee of the A.A. Shakirov Executive Secretary of the Administrative Commission of Z.Sh. Ahmetzznov.
In accordance with the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on empowering local government municipal districts and urban districts of public authority of the Republic of Tatarstan on the formation and organization of the administrative commissions has been auditing the activities of the Administrative Committee of the district. Also examined the activities of the local self-government bodies for the corruptibility expert review of municipal regulations and their projects.
Audit officials recommendations on Elimination of the revealed lacks and also drew attention to the need to intensify the work of designated officials to develop protocols on administrative offences.
