Residents of 12 districts of Tatarstan received assistance from the State Law Bureau
The State Law Bureau of Tatarstan is actively working in the republic, regularly organizing mobile receptions in remote areas. In the first six months of this year alone, twelve visits took place. By the end of the year, visits to more than ten more settlements are planned.
Recall that the State Law Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan began work at the end of 2022. The bureau is located in the «Quarter of Justice», the opening of which took place with the participation of Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov and the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation. According to Rais, Tatarstan has an excellent law school with a long history and rich traditions: «This is a very important project, the goal of which is to make legal services accessible so that people can receive all the necessary support».
Mobile receptions are carried out jointly with participants in the state system of free legal assistance. Head of the State Law Bureau Mars Fatkullin emphasizes that territorial remoteness should not hinder citizens' access to qualified legal support. In order to increase the efficiency of legal services and cover the most vulnerable categories of the population, the system participants are joining forces.
«Such events allow us to promptly, professionally and systematically help people solve their legal problems», - he comments. The most common issues are land disputes, housing, consumer protection, social security, labor relations and housing issues. Each applicant is given a detailed explanation of the algorithm for further actions to protect their rights.
