At the meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs

November 20, 2013 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was the Expert Council meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee on Legal Affairs.
Members of the Expert Council examined 8 draft laws, 2 of which have been approved by:
"On amendments to articles 21 and 34 of the land code of the Republic of Tatarstan, developed by the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan;
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on approval of the program of social-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2015 years" (developer-Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan).
Five draft laws aimed at the finalization of: recognition of lapsed article 14 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on State support for the development of housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan", developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan;
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on organization of passenger transport by road and urban ground electric public transport in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (developer-Ministry of transports and road administration of the Republic of Tatarstan);
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on information systems and Informatization of the Republic of Tatarstan (developer-the Ministry of informatization and communications of the Republic of Tatarstan);
On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan (in part to bring the legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, in compliance with the Federal law "on education in the Russian Federation" and the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on education"), developed by the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan (Bill was considered again);
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan on the prevention of drug and substance abuse "(review), developed by the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Having discussed the draft law "on amendments to articles 3.5 and 15.27 code of the Russian Federation on administrative offences, developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, decided to send the Bill to the federal bodies of executive power.
