Six civil servants of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan successfully passed certification
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a scheduled certification of state civil servants. Based on the results of the assessment, six employees of the Ministry's apparatus confirmed their suitability for the positions they hold.
The certification procedure was completed by three employees of the «specialists» category and three employees of the «managers» category. The commission conducted a comprehensive assessment of the professional activities of those being certified, asking questions about their job responsibilities and checking their knowledge of the legislation on the state civil service of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan.
«Certification is an important tool for assessing the professionalism of civil servants. Today, all my colleagues demonstrated a high level of competence and deep knowledge of the legislative framework. For me personally, as the head of the HR department, this was a particularly important moment, since I not only organized the process for others, but also underwent this assessment myself. This format allows us to constantly improve in our work», - said Tatyana Latyeva, Head of the HR and Civil Service Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, who was also among the employees being certified.
It should be noted that the certification of each state civil servant is carried out once every three years in accordance with the state program «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan».
