Today, at a meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Minister of Justice of Tatarstan, the results of a comprehensive audit of civil servants were presented. The audit of 848 civil servants of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic did not reveal any facts of participation in entrepreneurial activity, unacceptable family ties or unlawful subordination. The analysis, conducted using data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs and other information systems, confirmed compliance with anti-corruption legislation by all employees checked.
«The program «Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Policy of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan» for the first half of 2025 has been fully implemented. A systematic approach has ensured preventive control, transparency of administrative procedures and eliminated corruption risks», - the Commission’s materials note.
The Ministry pays special attention to issues of combining civil service with other activities. Victoria Leonidova, responsible for the prevention of corruption offenses in the Ministry, reported that in the first half of this year, 9 notifications from civil servants about the intention to perform other paid work were reviewed.
«Among the permissible types of activities that were carried out outside of working hours are teaching, participation in the activities of the Central Electoral Commission, employment in public catering organizations. It is important to note that in all cases, no conflict of interest was identified», - Leonidova emphasized.
The meeting also presented information on an analytical review of the implementation of anti-corruption measures. The document positively evaluates the activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in several key areas, including the development and dissemination of thematic materials on corruption prevention, regular coverage of anti-corruption work in the media, information on changes in legislation and a responsible approach to reporting.
