The Tatarstan Ministry of Justice shares its experience with civil servants at the Higher School of Public Administration.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Higher School of Public Administration of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education «Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University» continue their joint work to improve the skills of government employees.

As part of the program «Key areas of HR Management and anti-corruption activities», Tatyana Latyeva, head of the staff department and government service at the Ministry of Justice, conducted a practical training session for HR staff.

«HR records management is an important tool in labor relations between employees and employers. It covers document preparation, personnel management, and personnel management, which helps protect the interests of both parties and resolve potential disputes and conflicts», - said Tatyana Yuryevna.

At the workshop «Personnel records management. Hiring and firing state civil and municipal employees», workshop «Maintaining workbooks» participants studied key HR issues: types of documentation, application submission rules, personnel file creation procedures, electronic document management features, hiring and firing procedures, and requirements for drafting orders and contracts.

Particular attention was paid to conducting internal audits and the rules for completing employment records. To reinforce the material, participants worked through practical tasks from real-life HR practice.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and HSPA have joined forces to create a unique educational environment where theoretical training is reinforced by real-life examples from the civil service.
