The Expert Council meeting of the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs

November 26, 2013 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs, which met the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L. Glukhova.
Members of the Expert Council reviewed legislative bills 9, 5 of which were accepted by:
1. amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the development of small and medium enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan and the annulment of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan" establishment of limit values for the square of rented premises, purchased by small and medium-sized enterprises in the implementation of the preemptive right to purchase the leased property and the term of the installment payment of the purchased property "(developer-Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan);
2. on amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the limits of the Court of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Elabužskomu judicial district, Republic of Tatarstan (Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan);

3. amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the limits of the Court of magistrates of the judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Tatarstan (Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan);
4. amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on information systems and information of Republic Tatarstan» (again) (developed by the Ministry of informatization and communications of the Republic of Tatarstan);
5. on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan (in part to bring the legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, in compliance with the Federal law "on education in the Russian Federation" and the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on education") (re) (developer-Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved.
6 following the Bill seek to improve: recognition of article 14 of the law lapsed in the Republic of Tatarstan "on State support for the development of housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan" (extended) (developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan);
on amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan on the prevention of drug and substance abuse (again) (developer-Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan).
Consideration of the draft law on amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on empowering local government municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan, the State authority of the Republic of Tatarstan, by definition, the list of officers authorised to make up protocols on administrative offences" (Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan) postponed.
Decided that the draft law "on amendments to the family code of the Republic of Tatarstan (Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan) to send the additional coordination with the members of the Expert Council.
