The parents of a serviceman who participated in a special military operation contacted the State Legal Bureau in the Sabinsky District office, requesting that the legal status of their son's support be established.
The State Legal Bureau explained that this is necessary to submit documents to authorized agencies and receive federal funds for the renovation of a private residential building. This is provided by Decree № 313 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 27, 2006.
Rashid Akhunov, Chief specialist of the State Legal Bureau in the Sabinsky District, prepared a statement of claim containing all the necessary evidence: documents were submitted confirming the parents' disability and regular financial support from their son, a serviceman.
«According to the law, family members of deceased service members, including dependents of the deceased, are entitled to receive funds for home renovations. We provided all the necessary evidence, and the court granted the application», - Rashid Akhunov said.
During the trial, it was established that the serviceman had provided significant financial support to his parents during his lifetime, and that they were incapacitated at the time of his death.
«Considering the above, the court concludes that the applicants' claims are eligible. The court has established the statutory conditions necessary for recognizing the applicants as dependents of the deceased», - the court's ruling states.
This decision will allow the serviceman's parents to apply for state support for the renovation of their home.
