The all-Russian day of free legal assistance for children

Meeting of the Government Commission on implementation of the Federal law on free legal aid in the Russian Federation "September 25, 2013, it was decided to hold the November 20, 2013 onwards in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation of the all-Russian day of legal assistance for children.
In Russia the day legal aid to children November 20 was chosen not accidentally. On this day all over the world celebrated universal children's day, which is held annually, on the recommendation of the United Nations General Assembly.
The Organization of the event has been entrusted to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In this event, on the initiative of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan involved ministries and departments of the Republic, established by the respective municipal entities, as well as notaries in the Republic of Tatarstan, the lawyers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstanskoe regional branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia, representatives of the Council of young lawyers at the Tatarstanskom regional branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia. Staff also attended all regional prosecutors offices. Active participation of employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan.
In an all-Russian activities in the Republic of Tatarstan was attended by over 50 ministries and departments, read 100 lectures more than 3000 students.
On this day in all the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan with the direct participation of local government legal advisory activities on children, parents and persons in loco parentis, in secondary schools, children's homes, children's facilities, as well as lectures, seminars and round tables on the following themes: international instruments for the protection of children's rights, the rights and duties of parents, information on the situation in the labour market in the Republic of, career guidance, military service, the right to free education, the prevention of crimes and offences among minors, raising legal awareness of pupils, students of criminal liability of minors, learning self-acceptance responsible decisions, legal aspects of custody and child-parent relations.
Notaries of the Republic of Tatarstan, Republic of Tatarstan, as well as lawyers involved in this event, held the reception of persons registered at the prison inspection and reception of citizens in legal entities, in secondary schools.
Childs rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Tatarstan, G.Udachina visited Laishevsky children's home, where they interviewed the children from the home to the most exciting of topics.
The Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia held office of legal aid in Baltasinskom the urban settlement and Sibinskom village Baltasinskogo village muniicipal district.
Representatives of the Council of young lawyers at the Tatarstanskom regional branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia held a lecture to high school students in the Capital, Sabinskoyu, Pestrechinsky municipal districts.
