On the training of persons responsible for conducting the corruptibility expert review

November 28, 2013 year pursuant to paragraph 2.3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "on approval of the integrated national anti-corruption program in 2012-2014 years on increasing the qualifications of persons responsible for conducting the corruptibility expert review, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan organized and conducted by videoconference training seminar.
To participate in this event were invited by the head of the municipal districts and urban districts, Assistant heads of anti-corruption and municipal employees.
Taking into account the proposals of the municipalities programme has been prepared for the seminar.
The event was opened with a welcome speech of the Deputy Minister of Justice M. Ibatova. Later, he was voiced by the Organization of the corruptibility expert review of municipal regulations and their projects in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Before the students on the above topic were made by the representatives of the various departments and agencies.
In his statement, Chief Adviser of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption policy S. Also, speaking of shortcomings in the implementation of anti-corruption policies, s. Rakhimov live appealed to the representatives of the Pestrecinskogo and the Apastovsky municipal districts and suggested more work to place on the site of the municipality of anti-corruption commissions and meetings of senior officials, in the prevention of corruption in the regional media.
Public Prosecutor of the Department of supervision over execution of the legislation on combating corruption, the Procurator's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan M. Šaehov told about the corruptibility expert review by the public prosecutor's Office.
Head of the Department of law of the Russian Federation, the Federal Register and registration of charters of municipal entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan M. Book was briefed on the common factors of corruption detected in municipal regulations; on the practice of conducting the corruptibility expert review the charters of municipal entities of the Republic.
