Theme of the day: better regulation

Analysis of the legal regulation of individual provisions arising from federal statutes, has shown that in the Republic of Tatarstan, preference is given to podzakonnomu regulation at the level of the acts of the President of Tatarstan or the Cabinet of Ministers and other bodies of the Executive power of the Republic. Meanwhile, several federal statutes provides for the regulation of the said provisions and regional laws. In many constituent entities of the Russian Federation is regulated by relevant laws. This raises the desirability of increasing regulation and in the Republic of Tatarstan.
For these purposes the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I. Halikov was commissioned to develop a number of draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan.
To implement this mandate, 3 December at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic, chaired by the Minister of Justice L. Glukhova meeting with Glukhova performed the legal services of the concerned organs of executive power of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the discussion of the proposals were heard ministries, special attention is paid to the problems of improving the regulatory legal regulation of relations in the spheres, as well as law enforcement.
According to the results of joint work of the executive authorities will make proposals in the outline of legislative work for the year 2014, adopted by the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, November 21, 2013.
