Tatarstan citizens can submit documents to magistrates through the portal of Public Services

The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds residents of the republic about the possibility of submitting procedural documents to magistrates through the Unified portal of state and municipal services of the Russian Federation.

Until recently, Tatarstan had only one electronic platform for submitting documents to magistrates – the Portal of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan, which has processed more than 340 thousand applications since its launch in 2022.

On behalf of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, integration with the federal system of Public services was completed at the end of 2025. «The digitalization of the republic's justice system has significantly reduced the bureaucratic burden and saved millions of budget funds», - the Ministry of justice of Tatarstan noted.

The republic has also established electronic interaction between the offices of magistrates of the Republic and the Federal Bailiff Service. Yulia Mikhailova, head of the department of organizational and legal support for the activities of justices of the peace, recalled that enforcement documents can be transferred directly from the judicial precincts of magistrates directly to the bailiff service. To do this, it is enough for citizens to submit an application together with the relevant petition. According to her, such a mechanism significantly simplifies the interaction of citizens with government agencies and significantly speeds up the process of executing court decisions.

In 11 months of 2025, more than 184 773 executive documents were sent electronically, and in 2024 113 000 were sent during the same period.
