Tatarstanskoe regional branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia congratulated Ildar Abdulhakoviča Tarkhanova high reward

3 December in Moscow took place the official ceremony of the highest legal lawyer of the year "award of the year 2013.
The ceremony was opened by the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation congratulated the assembled S. Naryshkin on the day of the lawyer.
"Lawyer of the year" award was established by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 8, 2009, no. 1129 on the highest legal "lawyer of the year" award and is a recognition of professional lawyers in the formation of the State of law, the strengthening of the rule of law and the rule of law, the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as in the development of jurisprudence and legal education. In accordance with the Decree of the "lawyer of the year award, as well as the Organization and holding of the solemn ceremony, the all-Russian public organization" Association of lawyers of Russia "annually, the professional holiday-Day of the lawyer.
This year the prize was awarded in five categories; "Legal education, legal education, and education", "legislation", "for contribution to legal scholarship", "human rights activities". In the nomination "legal education" prize had been given to the Dean of the Law Faculty of Kazan Federal University, Member of the Association of lawyers of Russia I. Tarhanovu.
