The Ministry's IT specialists simplify citizens' access to justice
The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan is actively developing electronic services in the activities of magistrates. The department of legal informatization and computer systems under the leadership of Safin Adel Gabbasovich, which employs 4 specialists, plays a key role in this.

On the Portal of magistrates, citizens can easily identify their judicial area through the «Territorial jurisdiction» tab by entering their residential address.

Since 2022, citizens can send documents to magistrates in electronic form through the portal. More than 384 thousand documents have already been submitted.

Since september 2025, the opportunity to appeal to magistrates through Public services has been launched, which has been used by about a thousand applicants.

Electronic interaction with the bailiff service is actively developing: in 2025, more than 200 thousand enforcement documents were sent in digital format.

Since august 2025, electronic interaction with the Ministry of internal affairs, Rosreestr and the tax service has been set up, which makes it possible to reduce the annual paper document flow of 43 thousand documents. 2 793 electronic requests have already been sent.
