At the meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs

December 18, 2013 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was the Expert Council meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee on Legal Affairs, which conducted the first Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan S. Stolyarov.
Members of the Expert Council examined 6 bills, 4 of which were accepted by:
1. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on measures on realization of the article 166 of the Federal law on the promotion of housing construction" (Developer: Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan);
2. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on acceptance of article 14 of the law lapsed in the Republic of Tatarstan" on State support for the development of housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan (developers of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan);
3. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amending the Article 135.7 of the ecological code of the Republic of Tatarstan "(developer-the Office for the protection and use of fauna of the Republic of Tatarstan);
4. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amending article 5 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the procedure for the publication and entry into force of the laws and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan on issues of protection of human and civil rights and freedoms" (Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan).
Two bills aimed at finalizing: amending articles 11 and 16 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on rescue services and emergency rescue units of the Republic of Tatarstan (developer-Ministry for civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan);
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on quotas and reservation of jobs for persons with disabilities and persons in particular need of social protection" (developer-Ministry of labour and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan).
Approved draft laws will be made in the prescribed manner to the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs.
