In Tatarstan, employment of special military operation veterans is facilitated with state support
In Tatarstan, with the support of the Head of the Republic, a series of professional development events is being implemented for special military operation veterans who wish to pursue careers in state and municipal service. One of the culminating events of this program is the internship «Introduction to the Activities of State and Municipal Authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan».
For participants, it proved to be an excellent opportunity for personal professional growth: on-site sessions were held, among other places, at the Ministry of Justice, where veterans learned about the Ministry’s history and operations.
During the opening of the internship at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, it was noted that the state supports veterans - for example, under the republican program «Batyrlyar. Heroes of Tatarstan», more than 50% of the 45 participants have been employed in local self-government bodies, enterprises, and organizations across the republic. «This concerns not only the civil service system but also other organizations that participate in the life of the republic and contribute to its socio-economic development», - emphasized Alexander Belov, Head of the Department of State Service and Personnel under the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The participants themselves gave high praise to the program. «Thank you very much for your efforts and your energy. You provided us with a comprehensive program and valuable knowledge - we will use it for the good of our Motherland», - the veterans said in gratitude to the organizers.
