The meeting on the Organization of the administrative commissions of the municipal districts and urban districts

January 29, 2014 year in Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the videoconference was held on the question of local self-government bodies delegated by governmental authority in organizing the activities of the administrative commissions municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic and a list of officers who may make up protocols on administrative offences.
A report on the performance of local government officials, Commissioners make up protocols on administrative offences and administrative commissions in the Republic in the year 2013, was Chief of the Division of territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government G.i. Kasymov. The report special attention is paid to the municipalities in which the activities of the designated officials to develop protocols organized not at an adequate level.
During the meeting, the Deputy Minister M.m. Ibâtov discussed with the individual municipalities of reasons not to function effectively passed to the State authority, raised the question of the status of the vzyskaemosti administrative fines imposed by administrative commissions of the municipal districts and urban districts, has identified ways of solving this problem.
