Provision of advisory and methodological assistance to the local self-government bodies of the Nizhnekamsk municipal area

March 12, 2014 year in village of Nizhnekamsk municipal area of Sheremetyevo with a view to providing advisory and methodological assistance met with heads and Secretaries of rural settlements area.

The workshop was attended by the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M. Ibatov, representatives of State legal administration of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan with the territories, the Legal Department of the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Municipal Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At a meeting of heads and Secretaries of rural settlements, questions were raised concerning the conduct of e-pohozyaystvennyh books, design master plans and payment rules for land use and development of rural settlements, development of sanitation schemes territories populated rural settlements, the construction of piers and access roads to vodoistočnikam water intake for firefighters, debts on rent in non–privatized apartments, samoobloženiâ citizens, lack of funding of rural settlements in the youth policy and sport.

During the discussion of the issues raised were given detailed explanations on the relevant fields of law.
