The results of the all-Russian day of free legal assistance to the population in Tatarstan

March 21, 2014 year Tatarstanskoe regional branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and Tatarstan Department of the party "United Russia" organized a reception at 56 points. In addition to Receiving the President of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the regional public reception of Chairman of the party "United Russia" in every Metro area on the basis of the local offices of the party "United Russia" worked public reception, as well as free legal aid centers, the population of the Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia.
Reception of citizens was carried out in the mode of open house from 9 am to 5 pm (in rural areas-from 8.00 to 16.00 hours) without interruption from the academic staff of consultants.
In the day of free legal aid were notaries, lawyers, representatives of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan, the members of the Association of lawyers of Russia.
Lawyers in this day is 199, notaries-168 of citizens, members of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan-94.
The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L. Glukhov, Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan, F. Zagidullin, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. Skirda throughout the day provided advisory and legal services in the Office of the President of Russia's Republic of Tatarstan.
In the city of naberezhnye chelny, together with notaries and lawyers have provided legal advice 25 citizens, Deputy Head of the municipality Name Andreeva and head of the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny F. Latypov.
After receiving day in Tatarstan qualified legal assistance were 557 people, of them 51 points of legal aid in the city of Kazan.
On this day the most active group of people applying for legal aid, are people of pension age. The most common issues that people drawn to the lawyers, are traditionally the hereditary, land, housing, social security and consumer protection issues.
