Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan has opened a "reconciliation Room"

March 27, 2014, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L. Glukhov took part in the opening of "reconciliation Room" in the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The format of the "Room of reconciliation" boils down to the following areas: advice to persons involved in the case about settlement of the dispute by peaceful means, on issues of mediation, its benefits, and direct the procedure free of charge.
The event was attended by the Acting President of the Federal Arbitration Court of the district in the Volga region D. Plotnikov, the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan I. Gilazov, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Tatarstan, the scientific community, mediators and representatives of organizations carrying out activities of mediation.
