Departure to Yelabuga municipal district

March 27, 2014 in accordance with the approved schedule of visits to the municipal areas of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M. Ibatovym and specialists from the Ministry carried out in Yelabuga municipal district with the aim of providing a comprehensive methodological and advisory assistance to local governments.
During a meeting with local government officials discussed the status of norm-setting and quality of normative legal acts of the municipal district, matters related to their official promulgation (promulgation), return of the activity in the municipal property unlawfully expropriated land and other current issues of local importance.
The M. Ibatov held a personal reception of citizens in the town of Elabuga. 8 citizens appealed to the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on the recovery of maintenance, allocation of land, housing and improving housing conditions, section of the estate, as well as a complaint against the decision of the Court. All appeals of citizens are given detailed explanations in accordance with the law.
In addition, the test was conducted of the Administrative Commission of the district, as well as local government officials responsible for the preparation of protocols on administrative offences.
The audit recommendations were made to address the existing shortcomings in the work of the Commission and relevant officials.
Studied the Organization of the local self-government bodies for the corruptibility expert review of municipal regulations and their projects. Official responsible for conducting the corruptibility expert review in Yelabuga area provided with relevant suggestions to improve this work.
