On the implementation of anti-corruption measures in Alkeevsk district of the Republic of Tatarstan

March 28, 2014 year in the Alkeevsk district of the Republic of Tatarstan, officials of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan checked subprogramme No. 5 "implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan in the year 2014 the State programme" to ensure public order and combating crime in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020 "approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 16.10.2013 No. 764.
The audit examined the functioning of the Commission under the head of the anti-corruption Commission on compliance to the official behavior and settlement of conflict of interests, the organization conducting the corruptibility expert review, the analysis of information provided in the section "action against corruption", the official website of the district, as well as progress in implementing other anti-corruption activities in the local bodies.
The Assistant Head of the district to fight corruption, as well as to other persons responsible for conducting anti-corruption activities in local government area, recommendations were made to improve certain areas of anti-corruption work.
With a view to meeting the legal aid Department employee legal consulting and methodological support of local self-government bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with the representative Of land and property relations of the region, during which they discussed the return to municipal ownership of land that are inconsistent with the legislation.
