To provide advice and guidance to local authorities

To provide advice and technical assistance to local government officials of the Ministry in early April were carried out visits to Verkhneuslonsky, Arsky, Laishevsky, Alekseevsky Elabuga and Rybno-Slobodsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the areas, meetings were held with the heads of the Executive Committees, the staff of the legal services of local authorities, representatives of the Chambers of the land and property relations, friends of the chapters on combating corruption and the staff of the district prosecutors ' offices to discuss problematic issues on return to municipal property unlawfully expropriated land. During the meetings, officials from the Ministry of special attention was drawn to the need to revitalize the House of land and property relations areas of municipal property rights registration on returned land for redeployment in accordance with the law, including families with children.
Particular attention was recommended to take the necessary measures to implement the provisions of the Federal law dated 2012 No. 91-FZ "on ensuring the rights of citizens to hold meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches and pickets in the Republic of Tatarstan, in particular, by definition, an authorized officer of the law in this area.
Local government officials were asked in the sphere of land law implementation, respect for citizens rights in the provision of land in the area advertisement activities of legal persons, as well as the application of article 3.5 of the code of administrative offences of the Republic of Tatarstan.
