April 8, 2014 year meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on rule of law and the rule of law, on which the first Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan S.n. Carpenters made a report "on the implementation of the decisions of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on law and order from May 24, 2011 year no. 59 on the corruptibility expert review in the executive bodies of State power of the Republic of Tatarstan and bodies of local self-government, and from May 22, 2012 year no. 57" on the implementation of the decisions of the Committee from May 24, 2011 year No. 59 on the corruptibility expert review in the executive bodies of State power of the Republic of Tatarstan and bodies of local self-government.
The presentation covered:
the results of the corruptibility expert review of normative legal acts and their drafts by executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and bodies of local self-government of the Republic of Tatarstan;
practical arrangements for the effective conduct of the corruptibility expert review;
the results of a comprehensive national anti-corruption program in 2012-2014 years.
In 2014, the anti-corruption activities of executive authorities and bodies of local self-government is carried out within the framework of the subprogramme on implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan in the year 2014 the State programme "to ensure public order and combating crime in the Republic of Tatarstan on the 2014-2020 period.
Due to the fact that the Subroutine ends this year, at present, on the basis of the positive experience of the previous anti-corruption programmes, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan is developing another government programme to 2015-2020 years.
