On the outcome of the administrative commissions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1 quarter of 2014 years

Within the framework of the implementation of the tasks entrusted to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to monitor the performance of local governments passed public authority for education and organization of the administrative commissions of the municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic, the synthesis and analysis of reporting data for the 1 quarter of 2014.
Administrative commissions of the Republic held meetings during which 324 considered 4781 case on administrative offences, 75% of the number of cases had been brought against individuals.
Commissions issued decrees on the appointment of the administrative 4432 fines. The amount of the administrative fines imposed amounts to 29524100 rubles. The total amount collected in fines-15837742 rubles is 54% of the amount of fines (commissions for the same period in 2013, the percentage of vzyskivaemosti amounted to 51%). as a result of the administrative commissions of work with offenders, 83% of the collected fines paid voluntarily.
Analysis of the activities of the commissions has shown that the bulk of the fines for the Republic was applied by administrative commissions of urban districts.
One of the directions in the activities of the administrative commissions is preventive work with the population, with the aim of clarifying legislation on administrative offences. So, in 1 quarter commissions carried out preventive activities 1274 (23-visiting commissions, 213-working with the media, 1038-outreach).
