The visit to the Sarman municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

June 10, 2014 the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov and the experts of the Ministry visited the Sarman municipal district according to the approved schedule of visits to the municipal districts to provide comprehensive guidance and advice to local authorities.

During this visit the guests from ministry and local authorities worked in special council. The council discussed issues relating to the adoption of municipal regulations and their directions to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion in the register of municipal regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the issues related to their official publication (promulgation) and other topical issues of local importance. M.M.Ibyatov told in details about the innovations in the legislation of local government.

In accordance with the approved schedule of reception of citizens visiting Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatovym held personal reception of Sarman citizens. During the reception, 10 people asked the official about the debts for housing and utilities, responsibility for non-payment of funds established in the order of self-taxation, protection of the rights of a underage child, complaints against police officers and others. Detailed explanations were given for all questions in accordance with the law.

Also local authorities received a helpful consultation about the implementation of the provisions to the Federal Law of 22.10.2013 № 284-FZ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in terms of determining the powers and responsibilities of the public authorities of the Russian Federation, local authorities and their officials in the field of international relations "in terms of amending the charter, municipal service provision, as well as in the official regulations of municipal employees.
