The State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Committee meeting concerning the matter of state construction and local self-government

July 1, 2014 The State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Committee of state construction and local self-government. On this meeting were reviewed a draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan called "An amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "An establishing the borders of the territories and the status of the municipality “Aksubayevsky municipal district" and municipalities in its composition” and “An amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On establishing the borders of the territories and the status of the municipality “Atninsky municipal district” and municipalities in its structure."

These draft laws were presented by the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov. He said that legislative work aimed on elaboration the descriptions of the municipalities borders. A need to clarify the description of the borders is the result of complex land management activities on a cartographic description of the boundaries of municipalities, including the preparation of maps (plans) pursuant to the requirements laid down in paragraph 3 of Article 85 of the Federal Act of October 6, 2003 № 131 "General organizational Principles of local government in the Russian Federation."
