The meeting of the Committee of the State Council dedicated to law and order

July 8, 2014 a meeting of the Committee of the State Council dedicated to law and order took place under the chairmanship Sh.Sh.Yagudin. The agenda of the meeting included the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan № 654-4 «On Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses" and other bills.

Deputy Minister of Justice M.M.Ibyatov attended in discussion of the draft law amending the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses, according to which the list of officials of local governments authorities that responsible to make reports of administrative offenses must be defined.

The bill was endorsed by the Committee and recommended for inclusion in the agenda of the fifty-third session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The draft law was approved by the deputies of the State Council and approved as a whole.
