The work with abandoned vehicles

Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan gathered information of regulating procedures of identification, control, handling, storage, disposal of abandoned or unclaimed vehicles in the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan by municipal legal acts.

Today municipal legal acts of settlements regulating the issues of the identification, control, handling, storage and disposal of abandoned, unclaimed vehicles within the settlements, adopted in 35 municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan and in the city of Kazan. The changes in the rules of settlements land improvement containing measures of riddance the territories of abandoned, unclaimed vehicles taken in 27 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and in urban districts.

Ministry of Justice supports the local governments on issues arising in this area, provided a synthesis and analysis of incoming municipal information.
