Planned reviews of the “Anticorruption program for 2014 year in the Republic of Tatarstan” realization took place in the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and Baltasy municipal district

22 and 24 July, 2014, officers of the Department of information and analytical work, coordination and planning of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected the process of realization of the subprogram "Implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014" in frames of the state program "Providing public order and struggling with a crime in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020" at the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and Baltasi municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The issues concerning functioning of the Minister of Economy of the Republic anti-corruption commission, functioning of the anti-corruption Council of the Baltasinsky municipal district Head-office anti-corruption, functioning of Compliance of official conduct and conflict of interest commission, departmental and municipal anti-corruption programs, the organization of the anti-corruption expertise draft regulations, as well as the course of execution of other program activities were studied.

The audits examined questions about the commission to the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Anti-Corruption Council under Chapter Baltasinsky municipal district anti-corruption commissions to fulfill the demands of official conduct and conflict of interest, studied departmental and municipal anti-corruption programs, the organization of the anti-corruption expertise draft regulations, as well as the course of execution of other program activities.
In accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04.04.2013 № 225 "On approval of the Uniform Requirements for placing and filling sections of the official websites of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network" Internet special attention was paid to the relevance of sections of "anti-corruption" in the official websites of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and Baltasinsky municipal area to the specified requirements.
Preliminary results of the inspections and general recommendations for improving the work of anti-corruption course were discussed at the meetings with the responsible officers.
