The Justices of Peace office certification commission meeting resuts

July 24, 2014 a meeting of Justices of Peace office Attestation Commission for receiving a qualifying examination for assigning class rank and compliance substitutable positions of the state civil service took place in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The One civil servant of Justices of Peace office of the Republic of Tatarstan was examined. Examination was conducted verbally to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities (professional level) of civil servant.

Examinee passed the qualifying examination and with a decision of the attestation committee chaired by the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina was recommended for the award of appropriate class rank.

10 civil servants of Justices of Peace office of the Republic of Tatarstan were allowed to the certification procedure.

According to the voting results. Commission decided that 10 civil servants correspond to their positions in civil service office.

The chairman of the Public Council of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, a professor of constitutional law and human rights of Kazan (Volga) Federal University A.G.Gataullin, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" M.H.Vafin veteran of civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin and Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan R.F.Gafarov were attended at the meeting as independent experts.
