Analysis of Justices of Peace work in Naberezhnye Chelny judicial district

According to the working plan of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of analysis of Justices of Peace provision, providing methodical and practical help in the office work as well as on other issues of Justices of Peace office activity, specialist of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace Department held an outgoing review of work provision of Justices of Peace of Naberezhnye Chelny judicial districts № № 15-17, 20-24 offices in period from 21 to 25 July 2014.

Net issues were reviewed during the measure: Justices of Peace performance indicators in 2013 year; the culture of judicial power; conditions of justice, including availability of the necessary facilities and equipment of courtrooms, advisory rooms, rooms of Justices of Peace, rooms for the convoy, for arrested persons and bailiffs; ensuring the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the right of citizens to appeal for judicial protection of violated rights and legitimate interests, the organization of personal reception of citizens by district judges to inform citizens about the time and place of the court session, review of proposals, applications and complaints; organization of office work, execution of the instruction about organization of the archive at the Justices of Peace office, learning the basics of court specialists behaviour: the presence and knowledge of job regulations, rules of conduct of court staff and internal rules of labor regulations; information and legal support of the court and the introduction with modern software and hardware; securing judicial district, magistrate and participants of legal procedure.

According to the results of a review of work organization and activities of the Justices of Peace office, were formulated recommendations for correction of identified deficiencies and improving the quality of work.
