Attendance the Aznakaevsky municipal district

August 6, 2014, according to the approved schedule of visits to the municipal districts the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the specialists of the Ministry M.M.Ibyatov visited Aznakaevsky municipal district to provide counseling and guidance to local authorities and legal assistance to citizens.

M.M.Ibyatov clarified citizens the questions about the recovery of maintenance, overhaul of apartment houses, pensions, land allocation, acquisition of citizenship, charging for utilities and the effectiveness of the organizations operating in the housing sector to provide citizens with services.

The questions concerning the access to information about the activities of local governments, and the recognition of property rights for the district municipality on unclaimed land from the agricultural lands, which are jointly owned.

During the stay in the district the ministry staff were studied municipal regulations on the organization and activities of the local self-government, including the sphere of inter-ethnic and inter-confessional relations, their official publication (promulgation). Recommendations to amend some legal acts to make them consist to the federal legislation also were given.
