A meeting concerning the issue of registration of lands under roads

August 7, 2014 in accordance with the request of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was held a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Governmental Budget Institution "Security traffic" and JSC "Tatavtodor" on issues related to the registration of land for roads of regional and local importance in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Meeting took place at Central Department of Control "Glavtatdortrans".

The questions of minimization of the cost of contractors engaged in repairing of roads, of damage recovering caused by land owners, the determination of the executive authority of the Republic of Tatarstan, authorized to take decisions on the delimitation of roadsides were discussed at the meeting. The proposition to apply to the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation with a offer to amend the classification of major overhaul works, repair and repair and maintenance of highways, approved by the order of Ministry of Transport of Russia from 16.11.2012 №402 was considered appropriate.
