Discussion of the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on the establishment of administrative responsibility for violations in the sphere of public and municipal services

August 7, 2014 at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a working meeting with the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan A.D.Shamsieva, representatives of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan and the branch departments of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The problematic issues of the introduction of administrative responsibility for violations in the sphere of public and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan and the relevant amendments to the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses was discussed on the meeting.

The participants of the meeting reached a consensus regarding the definition of a public authority of the Republic of Tatarstan, authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses in this area, regarding the issues of registration of materials. The principles on the main provisions of the bill to amend the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on Administrative Offences, providing the establishment of administrative responsibility for violations in the sphere of public and municipal services were developed on the meeting.
