The meeting on the issues of organization of activities of administrative commissions of the republic and officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations in the II quarter of 2014

August 8, 2014 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a videoconference meeting on the implementation of local government powers transferred to them by the state to organize the activities of the administrative commissions of municipalities and municipal districts of the republic and to determine the list of officers authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations in the second quarter of 2014.

A report on the results of the local government, the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov reported the results of the local government activities. The report contained the positive and negative aspects of work in the different districts.

During the presentation was made a focused on the municipal areas in which were marked a low activity of the authorized officials in making up the protocols. Also was made a detailed analysis of the work aimed to the collection of previously imposed administrative fines and interaction with the bailiffs in this field.

During the meeting, Deputy Minister M.M.Ibyatov discussed the reasons of the ineffective implementation of the delegated state powers with representatives of Pestrechinsky, Sarmanovsky, Yutazinsky, Nurlatsky municipal areas.
Head of the department of enforcement proceedings of UFSSP RT F.F.Zalakov participated at the meeting and made suggestions to improve the interaction of the administrative commissions with the bailiffs.
