The meeting of the working group that develops the tests for the civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan and the citizens applying for positions of the civil service. These tests aimed at the revealing the knowledge of legislation and the assessment of the level of required competence.

Development of these tests carried out in the framework of the implementation of activities under the State Program "Development of the Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and the municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2016 years", approved by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 22, 2013 № 910. By forming the content of the tests involved working group, which includes representatives of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan (Volga Region) federal University. The insertion of responsibility to pass the tests for civil servants and citizens applying for positions of the civil service is an integral part of the introduction of advanced technologies in the work with the staff and allow an objective assessment of knowledge and the experience of managing of the people.
