The lecture about the innovations in the electronic document management system

August 13, 2014 was held training on the topic: "The workflow rules" for employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Main attention was aimed at the innovations of electronic document management system, in particular at the inter-agency coordination of draft resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

A lecture was conducted by Julia G. Naumova - Manager of Systems "Document" Ltd.

Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan is connected to the electronic document system from July 2006. Originally was implemented the transition to the paperless registration of incoming documents. At present, the electronic document management system is covering all of the incoming and outgoing correspondence, organizational and administrative and internal documents of the Ministry.
