The Expert Council session

August 15, 2014 meeting of the Expert Council of the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs. The First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin became a chairman of the session.

2 "On approval of the financial state guarantees of the rights to receive public and free pre-school, primary general, basic general, secondary education, as well as additional education in educational institutions and professional educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015" (approved by the Expert Council );
3 "On changing of the boundaries of the territories of individual municipalities and Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On establishing the borders of the territories and the status of the municipality "Tyulyachinsky municipal district" and the municipalities in its composition"(pre-approved by the Expert Council);
4 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On urban planning in the Republic of Tatarstan" (approved by the Expert Council);
5 "On public control in the Republic of Tatarstan" (sent for revision);
6 "On the Repeal of the seventh paragraph of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On Investment Activity in the Republic of Tatarstan (approved by the Expert Council);
7 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On establishing the borders of the territories and the status of the municipality "Drozhzhanovsky municipal district" and the municipalities in its composition" (approved by the Expert Council);
8 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On establishing the borders of the territories and the status of the municipality "Zelenodolsky municipal district" and the municipalities in its composition" (approved by the Expert Council);
9 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On establishing the borders of the territories and the status of the municipality "Nurlatsky municipal district" and the municipalities in its composition" (pre-approved by the Expert Council);
10 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On establishing the borders of the territories and the status of the municipality "Chistopolsky municipal district" and the municipalities in its composition" (pre-approved by the Expert Council);

The bills approved by the Expert Council will be considered by the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs.
